After reading the Twilight Saga, I began browsing through the internet about anything Twilight related. That was how I came across Midnight Sun. I remember reading through Stephenie Meyer website and found out about how Midnight Sun's release was stalled. It was so very unfortunate that something that bad happened. If the leakage didn't happen, I would've bought Midnight Sun. And I would've read it again and again and again.
Those precious 12 chapters that Stephenie wrote was a pure joy to read. Oh how I love reading through Edward's mind. Twilight under Bella's narration was a great read but Twilight on Edward's perspective was beautiful. Reading how he struggled for Bella's life and his love for Bella was enchanting. As soon as chapter 12 was over, I was left hanging in the open even though I already know how the story would end. I was left craving for more (craving the way Edward craves for Bella's blood).
I became one of the millions of fans around the world begging Stephenie Meyer to continue writing Midnight Sun and pushing it for publication.
A friend of mine called me up and told me that when she asked about Midnight Sun from this bookstore, she was told that Stephenie Meyer has a new Twilight book to be released soon. She was expecting that book to be Midnight Sun but unfortunately, as we all know today, that new book is about Bree Tanner. Stephenie Meyer's spinoff of the Twilight series. Too bad it isn't Midnight Sun. Had it been Midnight Sun, for sure Stephenie Meyer has another book on the New York's bestsellers list yet again.

Buying my first Twilight movie ticket
I saw the first movie Twilight only on the dvd bought by my sister because when the movie came out on the theaters, I wasn't still interested of it yet. By the time I got hooked on the Saga, Summit was already busy filming New Moon. I became one of the million people checking every now and then on the updates of the movie. And I was waiting for November to come quick. To think I was also busy preparing for my December wedding at that time.
When November did came, I received a call from a friend (the same one whose picture of her holding a Twilight book got me interested to read the saga) telling me that I should go to the mall already and purchase a "sure seat" movie ticket for New Moon on the opening day itself. She told me that the tickets were selling like hot cakes. Since I was still working at that time, I asked the permission of my boss if I could step out for awhile because I have to buy something really important (I'd do anything just to get hold of a ticket, even lying to my boss).
When I got to the mall, I went directly to the theater and ask the ticket lady for the New Moon ticket. She showed me an almost filled up log book and ask me to choose which time I would want to watch the movie. Since I wanted to watch New Moon as soon as the theater opens, so I picked the earliest time which was 1:00 P.M. (probably midnight in USA) and bought another ticket for the last full show at 9:00 P.M. since my friend wanted to watch the movie with me.
Here comes November 20th and I was in the mall an hour early before the theater opens. Because I was so early, I was the first one in line and I got inside the theater first! Looking around the theater, all I could see were a bunch of teenagers (skipping school I bet, but I also skipped work for New Moon too!) all giddy and excited for the movie. I was in fact sitting between noisy teenagers, screaming when Jacob took off his shirt and swooning when Edward first appeared on screen. But since I watched the movie alone, all my screams and swoons, I kept it inside myself. I was just extremely happy to watch New Moon on its first day of showing. I was just so happy to have bought the New Moon ticket in advance. So happy to see Bella, Edward and Jacob on screen.
The movie ended before 4:00 p.m. and since I still got a ticket for the 9:00 p.m. showing, I stayed in the mall and waited for my friend. On New Moon's first day of showing, I got to watch it twice! Oh I can't wait for Eclipse to come out. I've already told my husband that I want to watch Eclipse on its first day of showing on June 30 and I'll make sure that I'll still be the first one in line when the theaters opens its doors.

Buying my Twilight Saga Books
As I have mentioned in the introduction of this blog, I wasn't really planning to read or even buy the Twilight books. But after watching the movie and seeing a friend of mine read the book, I finally gave in.
Lo and behold, I fell in love with the story and the characters of Twilight.
But before I became attached in the Twilight universe, as soon as I decided that I will read the book, the original plan was to complete the saga one book at a time. Meaning, every month, as soon as I get my paycheck, I will buy one book til I will complete the four books. Unfortunately for my budget, that didn't happen because as soon as I read Twilight and fell inlove with the story, after reading the last chapter and the teaser chapters from New Moon, I couldn't wait for next month's paycheck to buy the next book. I went back to the bookstore and bought the 3 books, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.
I have read the books more than three times already. I carry them with me wherever I go. I covered the books with plastic covers to give it extra protection and bought a box where I protectively place my precious Twilight Saga novels.
Buying the Twilight Saga books was worth all the money I paid for it.

Buy My Twilight - A Live Fan Of Twilight
I was a late bloomer in the Twilight universe. When teens, moms and every other girls/ladies/women in the whole world went gaga over Stephenie Meyer's Twilight Saga, I was one of the few who didn't understand their fascination. That was before I read the book. No - before I saw the first movie.
I first learned about Twilight when one lazy afternoon, I was browsing through the newspaper. In the movies section, I saw a feature article of Twilight. It says, "From the No. 1 Best-Seller Novel Twilight". But that was only in passing, I was not interested of the movie though Robert Pattinson seems cute enough to caught my attention in the poster.
Anyway, my sister bought a dvd of Twilight and I was able to watch it. The story seems interesting but I didn't feel any attachment to it (compared to the book). One time, as I was scanning through my facebook page, I saw a photo of my friend holding a Twilight book. I was stunned because that friend doesn't like to read books, especially thick novels. That started the fire of curiosity in me. If my friend, who doesn't like reading books, gave time to read this particular novel..well this novel must be something good, i remember telling myself.
So, I went to the bookstore and bought my first Twilight novel. And I fell in love with everything and everyone. And yeah, I'm in love with Edward Cullen too. After reading the first novel, I was itching to buy the second and third and fourth book. And I did! Slept for a few hours because I was reading the books in every single waking minute!
Buying my Twilight Saga books was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Oh and yeah, this blog is everything about Twilight so enjoy!
